With your giveaway now published/live, you unlock additional functions and data access to help manage your giveaway with ease and achieve a successful campaign.
Within the Manage section of GiveLab, each of your giveaways has an “Overview” page alongside a navigation menu at the top which we call the “toolbar” displaying a number of options.
You can edit your giveaway once it is live, and make changes to most elements of the giveaway include the title, description, rules/terms and conditions, start & end date/time, entry methods and customization options. You can read more on editing a giveaway here.
You can end a giveaway before the end date has been reached if you’d prefer to stop receiving entries. Once you have ended the giveaway, no further entries will be accepted and the giveaway will be marked as “Ended” on the frontend.
You can delete a giveaway once it has been published if no entries have been received by entrants. If you wish to delete a giveaway after it has received entries, please contact support.

We populate analytics for you as soon as your giveaway receives entries. The data is live and put together using a combination of Google Analytics data we collect directly from their API, and our internal system that tracks user and entry data. You can find out more about the data we provide here.
You can either pick winners during the giveaway, or once the giveaway has ended. Picking winners during the giveaway is useful in circumstances where you might give away prizes during the giveaway, for example weekly winners in a month long giveaway. You can find out more about picking winners here.
