What is the refund policy?

GiveLab provides a subscription service, which you pay in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. We will charge the fee to your credit card or PayPal account automatically each month until you cancel the service from within our site or by notifying us via email to [email protected]

We do not provide refunds for cancellations, regardless of when in the billing cycle you cancel your subscription or close your account. If you do have any problems with your account or our service, we'd love to work with you - contact us at anytime.

I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I get a refund?

We don't provide refunds for unintended subscription renewals, but we'd be more than happy to pause your subscription for a later date when you plan to run another giveaway. Simply reach out to us and we can get this sorted for you.
